AI Engineer

ABOUT THE JOB

We are expanding our AI team and looking for AI Engineers to support business transformation in several areas:

• generating high quality educational content
• building world-class conversational solutions to complement our e-learning and live tutoring offerings
• incorporating AI models into the core products
• hyper-personalization of educational processes
• optimization of sales and service processes

REQUIREMENTS

• deep understanding of machine learning / deep learning concepts, for eg. embeddings, regularisation, transfer learning
• ability to read, understand and comprehend AI-related technical reports and papers
• experience in AI model training / adaptation / application techniques, for eg. fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, prompting
• experience in applying various types of AI models of various modalities
• experience in integrating AI models into backend systems
• proficiency in software development, preferably in Python
• working knowledge of Python libraries like PyTorch, Transformers, Numpy, Pandas
• experience in relational SQL database development
• fluent english and polish

RESPONSIBILITIES

• following current developments in AI solution
• suggesting AI-based innovative solutions
• participate in product development process 
• developing custom AI services based on business requirements
• integrate machine learning / deep learning models into the educational content creation process
• maintaining existing AI-services
