About Trotec Laser GmbH:
Trotec Laser is a leading international provider of advanced, high-speed laser equipment for cutting, engraving and industrial marking since 1997. Our vision is to be the home for all laser users and our strategy is putting a focus on digitalization in all layers, for our customers’ as well as our internal processes to make laser users’ work simpler, faster, and more profitable.
Trotec’s impressive constant growth was also based on introducing the first CRM system in 2008 with high management attention and user adoption in sales. Since then, CRM did grow, becoming the essential tool in marketing, sales and service with a growing userbase of 410+ users and a high level of process integration. In 2018 Trotec switched towards Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, again giving process coverage, efficiency, and user adoption a boost. To meet the constantly growing business requirements, Trotec decided to put high efforts into further development of these platforms bringing adapted and new process support into the field. In 2020 Salesforce Marketing Cloud was introduced and with 2020 Trotec moved its ecommerce onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
About the project:
The Digitalization Competence Centre is a support-department at Trotec’s HQ in Austria. Our goal is to push internal process digitalization by operating and growing Salesforce platform and linked applications by:
· Support and improve internal users’ support experience and user satisfaction.
· Further development of Trotec’s Salesforce applications.
· Provide a reliable organization around Trotec’s systems for digitalization.
· Reach full potential of process digitalization with vast knowledge of systems and their interoperability.
· Gather knowledge of Trotec’s systems to increase quality of interop support in our processes.
Currently Trotec's salesforce ecosystem consist of: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud.
Your responsibilities:
· Manage and resolve user support-requests (SRs) for CRM and Commerce Cloud.
· Commerce Cloud operations: user-management, catalogue, pricing, voucher, translation, …
· Manage configuration on Sales Cloud/Commerce Cloud platform.
· Commerce Cloud bug analysis and further development on code level (apex, LWC).
· Analyze integration issues on our java-based middleware system.
· Create and update internal user and process documentation and Trotec academy eLearning content.
· Contribute to further development of running salesforce applications to improve and extend process coverage.
Our requirements:
· Found knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform on administration layer.
· Found Knowledge of Salesforce apex, LWC development to analyze and fix bugs and extend CC UI functionality
· Good knowledge of Salesforce CC and its data structure.
· Minimum 2 year of experience in Salesforce administration.
· Knowledge in software-development.
· Knowledge in API technologies and ability to understand and implement integration via middleware
· Experience in ecommerce on conceptual/process layer is appreciated.
· English (business level) in word and speech.
· Willing and ability to work in a remote team utilizing IT based collaboration tools using English as the main language of communication within the team.
Optional:
· SAP RFC/Integration knowledge.
· Interest in technology and technological products and trends.
