System Analyst - Talent Pool

About the position

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join us and support future IT projects delivered for our clients. Submitted applications will be used to enable a quick response to future business needs. We will contact selected candidates only when a relevant recruitment process is initiated.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a detailed system analysis of the service (based on business requirements and the general technical design), including: designing the database structure, database-level validations, interfaces, methods, error messages, technical aspects of communication, security mechanisms, and logging scope.

• Developing technical specifications for access interfaces for external systems (XSD schemas, validations, correctness rules).

• Describing technical requirements that must be met by external systems in order to use the interfaces.

• Defining service methods, the scope of returned data, and the minimum set of parameters required to invoke them.

• Preparing sample request and response messages for all interfaces.

• Creating IT system requirements specifications.

• Maintaining and updating the repository of analytical documentation for systems.

• Proposing and consulting system solutions with stakeholders and teams responsible for implementing the defined requirements.

• Supporting developers and testers throughout the software development lifecycle and during subsequent system maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in system analysis supported by completed projects.

• Experience in identifying and managing user requirements and preparing system specifications.

• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.

• Ability to use tools applied by the Client, including JIRA and Confluence.

• Ability to work with Enterprise Architect at a level enabling efficient and independent use of the tool.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Polish language proficiency enabling fluent verbal and written communication (at least C1 level).

• Experience working with large-scale systems

• Knowledge of SQL and Jira
