Mid/Senior Backend Engineer (Python/AWS)

We’re growing a cloud security platform used globally by enterprise customers. You’ll join one of several product teams, building and scaling event‑driven microservices that deliver just‑in‑time, least‑privilege cloud access and eliminate permanent permissions.

What you’ll work on

• Building and scaling backend services in Python on AWS

• Designing microservice and event‑driven architecture

• Productizing and maintaining existing services

• CI/CD (Jenkins preferred), monitoring, observability

• Working in a mature engineering setup with light on‑call (business hours, handled first by escalation engineer)

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years in software engineering

• Strong Python & AWS (must‑have)

• Microservices & event‑driven systems experience

• SQL & relational DBs

• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

• AWS serverless, Terraform/CloudFormation, AWS certifications
