Fullstack Developer – AI Registry / Responsible AI

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join the Responsible AI team. The team focuses on transforming Responsible AI and governance principles into practical, scalable solutions across the organization. You will contribute to the development of the AI Registry, an enterprise platform that enables AI use‑case governance through workflows, automation, controls, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern full‑stack development, cloud technologies, and leveraging AI to accelerate coding and solution delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, and AWS‑based services.

• Build and optimize API‑led, enterprise‑scale integrations, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Translate functional and governance requirements into technical designs and scalable implementation.

• Contribute to platform workflows, automation, and data models that operationalize Responsible AI principles.

• Implement high‑quality, secure, and maintainable code, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development where appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, data scientists, and governance stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Expectations

• Strong full‑stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript + Python, and frontend expertise in React.

• Hands‑on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, or similar cloud‑native components).

• Proven experience delivering API‑led integrations at enterprise scale.

• Strong interest and practical experience using AI for coding, automation, or solution enhancement.

• Passion for building clean, scalable, “vibecoded” solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment combining tech, governance, and AI innovation.

• Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
