Delmia Apriso Developer

The Delmia Apriso Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. This role bridges the gap between IT and the shop floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes are digitized, optimized, and integrated with ERP systems (like SAP) and industrial hardware

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Design and implement business logic.

• System Integration: Develop interfaces to exchange data between Apriso and external systems (ERP, PLM, WMS) using middleware and APIs.

• Shop Floor Automation: Enable real-time data collection from PLC/SCADA systems and IoT devices.

• Database Management: Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL stored procedures, views, and triggers specifically for the Apriso database schema.

• UI/UX Customization: Create and maintain user-friendly interfaces (screens) for operators to ensure efficient data entry and process visibility.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Perform root cause analysis for production issues, providing Level 2/3 technical support for global manufacturing sites.

• Documentation: Prepare technical design documents (TDD), functional specifications, and deployment guides.

  
  

Our Requirements:

• Proven experience in Delmia Apriso development.

• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server (T-SQL) and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience with C# .NET or JavaScript for custom business components.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (Production, Quality, Maintenance, or Warehouse).

• Familiarity with ISA-95 standards for enterprise-control system integration.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for collaboration with international stakeholders.
