Senior PowerApps Developer

We are looking for a Senior PowerApps Developer to join our growing Power Platform team and support the delivery of business-critical digital solutions across the organization. In this role, you will design and develop modern applications, automations, and integrations that streamline key business processes and replace legacy, manual tools.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, integrations, and Dataverse-based solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end architectures leveraging Power Platform and Azure services.

• Lead technical decisions and oversee implementation quality across projects.

• Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, and SharePoint.

• Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the team.

• Support ALM processes, deployment automation, and environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD) using Azure DevOps.

• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and stability issues within Power Platform solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, estimations, and code reviews.

• Mentor developers and support the growth of technical competencies within the team.

• Contribute to the long-term development strategy of Power Platform solutions within the organization.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Strong expertise in designing and building complex Canvas and Model-Driven applications.

• Very good knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security roles, and business logic.

• Experience with integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, and SharePoint.

• Practical experience in designing end-to-end architectures based on Power Platform and Azure services.

• Strong understanding of ALM processes, deployment automation, environment strategy, and Azure DevOps.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize solution performance and stability.

• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior specialists.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience with C#/.NET, TypeScript/React, Power BI, or Power Platform administration.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.

• Experience in enterprise projects and integrations with ERP/CRM/PM systems.

• Knowledge of governance, security, and administration principles within Power Platform.

• Experience building competency centers or technology practices.
