Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT infrastructure (network, on-prem, cloud).

• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure/system issues.

• Maintain clear and accurate IT documentation.

• Analyze system performance and propose optimizations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT (networking, security, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, cloud).

• Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, APC, Exagrid, or equivalents.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum and international environments is a plus.

• Strong Polish and English communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability for hybrid work: 2 days weekly on-site in Rzeszow.
