Regular/ Senior PMO

We are searching for a Regular/Senior PMO

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing reporting, presentations, communication in corporation with management and on management's request.
• Create and maintain the specific repository (access, backups, structure).
• Moderate physical/virtual/hybrid project meetings in English with varied group of stakeholders and prepare monthly status reports.
• Project data storage and archive.
• Business process optimization based on collected data by Agile methodology.
• Work in multiple parallel activities with different schedules, duration and deadlines, delivering tangible results while balancing priorities across different activities on daily basis.
• Support transformation of IT services with activities like scoping workshop moderation and A-Z change coordination.
• Ensure data and reporting consistency across all relevant domains.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• At least 2-4 years in project management.
• 2+ years of Business Unit or Business Unit-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.
• Experience in defining user experience journey specifically in the context of infrastructure projects – nice to have.
• Technical understanding of IT Infrastructure environment is a plus. 
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• A Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) Certification may be advantageous.
• GxP-regulated industry experience is an asset.
• English min. B2/C1.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and moderation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
