Product Owner

Your responsibilities:

• Act as the sole technical administrator for three externally sourced, on-premise applications: M&S Pension, ICRHypo, and Kendox.

• Manage the daily administration of the software, maintenance of interfaces, and ensure all three components interact effectively to fulfill their business purpose.

• Independently manage and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) processes, System Risk Assessments, and Data Clarification Reports for these specific systems.

• Collaborate with the local PK team to identify and define suitable solutions for the replacement and modernization of these legacy systems (moving from on-premise to modern/cloud solutions).

• Coordinate the full implementation phase of new solutions, from concept validation through to successful deployment.

• Take immediate ownership of analyzing, revising, and updating all technical documentation to ensure operational reliability.

• Serve as the formal technical contact between the PK team and internal IT service providers (RDT).

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Deep, hands-on experience in the operation and administration of applications on infrastructure/On-Premise environments:OS/Web Server: Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 & IIS 2019, 2022.Database: MS SQL Server 2022.

• Experience operating and integrating externally sourced enterprise solutions.

• Proven track record of developing, replacing, or updating existing on-premise solutions to 3rd party or cloud environments.

• Strong ability to manage relationships with business owners and technical teams, ensuring effective information flow.

• Highly organized and self-motivated; able to work without a direct application team to address structural gaps (documentation) and drive continuous improvement.

• Ability to understand high-level IT architectures and ensure technical stability.
