Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Cisco SDA platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expertise to improve network infrastructure across multiple international locations.
- Ensure network security and scalability to meet the growing demands of the organization.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization, ensuring that systems remain up to date and efficient.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Cisco SDA platform.
- Experience in network management and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to provide technical guidance and updates to stakeholders.
- Open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
