Knowledge Management Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Creating a variety of training materials: documents, guidelines, tutorials, articles, and notes on the Training Portal built on the AEM CMS platform

• Participating in the Scrum ceremonies to catch up on the changes 

• Conducting subject matter research and information gathering 

• Working daily on the AEM CMS platform to test the features and provide updates

• Documentation development & management, incl. initiating and tracking documentation workflows

• Conducting training sessions with affiliates as the need arises

• Providing feedback on support tickets regarding the content issues on the AEM CMS platform

We are looking for you, if you have:

• At least B2 English skills

• Very good writing skills

• 1+ years of experience in working with any CMS (like AEM, Sitecore, Episerver, Acquia, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc.)  

• Working knowledge in IT project management tool (JIRA) or ability to learn quickly new technologies and business processes

• Willingness to develop skills in tools for authoring and publishing content

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and focus on quality of work
