Job description
Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owner to gather and clarify business requirements
Analyze data from various sources and translate findings into actionable insights
Break down requirements into clear tasks for developers
Support backend and frontend solution components
Prepare documentation (FRS, URS, Functional Risk Assessments, etc.)
Create and execute UAT scenarios, conduct demos
Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders
Ensure alignment with Agile methodology and IREB standards
We are looking for you, if you have:
Experience in global, multicultural teams
Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial environments
Strong background in data-driven and integration projects
Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake
Experience with ETL tools (e.g. DBT, Airflow, Talend)
Technical writing and documentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
Agile mindset and familiarity with agile frameworks
Very good English skills (spoken & written)
