We are seeking Conga consultants at all levels—junior, mid-level, and senior—to join the team. This is a key role in a major project focused on optimizing contract management processes. Whether you are early in your career or have extensive experience, there is an opportunity to contribute to this high-impact initiative.
Project Overview:
The project will focus on supporting the recovery and establishment of contract management processes and systems. Key responsibilities will include:
>Mapping and reviewing existing processes.
>Baselining, configuring, testing, and implementing CLM agreements.
>Providing post-signing contract management expertise to ensure long-term success.
>Facilitating knowledge transfer to the permanent contract management team.
>Leading regular status meetings to ensure efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
>Junior Consultants: Assist with the configuration and customization of Conga solutions, learning from senior team members and growing within the CLM domain.
>Mid-Level Consultants: Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Conga solutions into existing workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve overall process efficiency.
>Senior Consultants: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Conga solutions. Provide strategic guidance in CLM processes and mentor junior consultants. Lead the configuration, testing, and successful deployment of CLM agreements, as well as provide post-signing contract management expertise.
Required Skills:
>Junior Level: Some knowledge of Conga or contract management solutions, along with a desire to learn and grow in the CLM space.
>Mid-Level: Strong experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Conga solutions. Ability to contribute independently while working within a collaborative team environment.
>Senior Level: Extensive experience with Conga solutions, including configuration, system integration, and project leadership. Proven ability to mentor junior staff and manage complex contract management processes.
