Business Analyst

Support multiple projects in chemistry and microbiology labs across our Client's R&D and Manufacturing plants. The role will focus on bridging business needs with IT solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance of lab operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lab teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Support and participate in the design, implementation, and validation of IT systems in labs (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS)
• Drive process improvements and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GxP standards
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams

We're looking for you, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related discipline in life science (chemistry, biology)
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in lab environments, preferably within R&D or Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into IT solutions
• Familiarity with lab systems and workflows, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and instrument software
• Deep Understanding of Industrial activity in Life science and GXP procedure
• Experience using Jira Software for demand and project management
• English proficiency
• Agile & Scrum certifications will be a plus
