BI & Data Tech Lead

Your responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the data architecture for the QA domain and prioritized use cases.

• Ensure compliance with Data Mesh standards and enterprise architecture.

• Assess new use cases (complexity, risk, compliance, timelines).

• Guide teams from use case definition to data product delivery.

• Lead design and implementation reviews, ensuring scalability and reusability.

• Oversee data contracts, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Support the full data product lifecycle (implementation, operation, retirement).

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Strong expertise in data architecture and Data Mesh concepts.

• Proven experience in data engineering, data modeling, and integration.

• Knowledge of data governance, catalog, lineage, and data quality.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake.

• Familiarity with agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

• Understanding of GxP compliance in data-driven processes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
