ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to grow our integrations ecosystem.We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on a few different types of hats at times (nothing too frequent).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Research and develop a deep understanding of the onboarding partner ecosystem and national registries

• Perform deep business, product and technical analysis of the integrations and how it helps our customers

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop integrations that work, handle edge-cases well and are easy to maintain

• Produce, update and maintain internal and external documentation of integrations

• Actively contribute to our product marketing efforts, sharing your learnings to fuel our content and communications engine

• A hard worker! We don’t expect you to know much about this space but we do expect you to go above and beyond to absorb knowledge at a high pace

• You like solving complicated problems that require attention to details

• You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys the fast-paced environments of early-stage startups

• You have the ability to gather insights from qualitative and quantitative research to inform your product recommendations

• You posses professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in FinTech, KYC and other relevant fields

• Background in software engineering, physics or mathematics

If we’re both excited to continue, we’ll send you a mini case study to complete. We’re keen to learn how you operate as a product manager.

3. Case Study Presentation

We’ll take a deep dive into your case study. We’ll talk about your case study and have a further discussion about your product management experience.
