RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with knowledge of Automation Anywhere to design and develop automations that support key business processes in the facility management sector.

WORK MODE

Warsaw – hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying end-to-end automations using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform technologies (especially Power Apps and Power Automate)

• Maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing existing automations and internal applications supporting critical business processes

• Creating and updating technical documentation for new and modified solutions

• Providing support to users and teams regarding implemented automations

• Collaborating with project teams, analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective and timely project delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere

• Very good command of English (C1) – international working environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of independence, good communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of TypeScript, VBA, Python, HTML

• Experience working with business stakeholders to define processes for automation
