Junior Developer/Tester – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Our Client is one of the largest and fastest-growing convenience retail chains in Europe, known for its modern approach to technology and a strong IT backbone developed in Poland.

The project focuses on the further development and stabilization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O / F&SCM) system, which supports key financial and operational processes of the organization as well as its expansion into new European markets.

We are looking for a Junior Developer / Tester who wants to gain hands-on experience in a large, real-life retail environment and learn ERP systems “from the inside,” working closely with the business.

⏱️ AVAILABILITY:We are looking for candidates available immediately or with a notice period of up to 1 month

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the team in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in a production environment

• Testing new functionalities and system changes, and verifying their compliance with business requirements

• Preparing test scenarios, documenting test results, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions

• Identifying, reporting, and supporting the analysis of system errors and incidents

• Supporting integrations of D365 F&O with external systems

• Close cooperation with developers, consultants, and the IT team

🔍 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Must-have:

• Initial (commercial) experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

• Basic knowledge of programming languages: X++, C#, SQL

• Basic understanding of relational databases

• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and good self-organization

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in ERP system testing

• Knowledge of test management or bug-tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)

• Participation in projects for the retail industry
