Job Summary:
ServiceNow Solution Architect (or Solution Lead) should drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions together with the different development teams, ensuring platform best practices, and leading implementation initiatives that maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Solution Architect/Solution Lead ideal should combine strong technical expertise with stakeholder leadership, governance experience, and a strategic mindset. This role will work close with the ServiceNow platform owner ensuing the overall health, strategy and leverage of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow designs.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform guardrails.
Lead solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions with the development/support teams
Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and roadmaps.
Platform Leadership
Own the technical health and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and design patterns.
Guide teams on data model design, integrations, and performance optimization.
Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
Support platform upgrades and manage technical debt.
Delivery & Implementation
Lead or oversee complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Provide hands-on guidance to developers and configuration teams.
Review and approve solution designs and code where appropriate.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Troubleshoot critical platform issues and provide architectural direction.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with ServiceNow platform owner, product owners, product managers, and IT leadership.
Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Act as the trusted advisor for ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap planning.
Facilitate alignment between business priorities and platform strategy.
Governance & Best Practices
Establish platform governance frameworks and review boards.
Ensure proper use of scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
Promote automation, reuse, and maintainability across implementations.
Drive continuous improvement of platform processes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
5–8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer on ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module (e.g., ITOM, CSM, DevOps,…).
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly desirable).
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for ServiceNow.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.

Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office, in line with the need
