Senior Web & Brand Designer

Your New Role

As a Senior Web & Brand Designer, you’ll join our creative team of 3 designers at Tiugo Technologies — a remote, supportive group that works closely together.

You’ll lead the next phase of the rebrand for one of our brands, focusing on redesigning the website and creating templates that reflect the updated visual identity. The basic brandbook is already in place; your role will be to refine the visual language and ensure it is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.

You’ll also create marketing materials for Uploadcare, including social media templates, paid ads, white papers, interactive PDFs, and data sheets and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, strong web and branding skills, and the ability to work independently while managing stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Director, content creators, and developers, so excellent communication is essential.

We are hiring for this role on a 6-month freelance (B2B) contract, full-time and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign the Uploadcare website using tokens and expand the tokenized design system in Figma.

• Create product visuals and interactive demos.

• Finalize and crystallize the visual identity of Uploadcare, including creating templates and updating existing marketing materials.

• Drive the full rebranding of Uploadcare’s assets, ensuring consistency, contemporary look, and scalability across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment, accurate implementation, and clear communication of design goals.

• Bring a high level of independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving to all projects.

  
  

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• 8+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong focus on web design for B2B and/or SaaS companies.

• Deep expertise in web design and branding, with a solid understanding of UX principles and how they apply in the B2B/SaaS context.

• Proficient in Figma (including tokenization).

• Excellent collaboration skills for working closely with marketing stakeholders, including content writers, product marketers, and the DX team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging and reporting to stakeholder

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.
