Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing Telecom Team, supporting our respected client BICS. This is an exciting opportunity to work on full-cycle ERP implementations and contribute to impactful digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Finance Module Implementation and Support: Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring alignment with client business processes

• Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Finance business processes and identify areas for improvement

 • Configuration and Customization: Ensure all market-specific configurations are aligned with the relevant Product Owner and documented in a structured way

• End-User Training: Deliver trainings for end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance

 • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Finance configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards

• Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with business users

• Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documentation, solution design documentation, user manuals and training materials

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system

• Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements

• Experience in configuring and customizing the finance module

• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes

• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements

• Upper intermediate level of English

• Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate

A significant advantage would be:

• Relevant certifications (MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant)

• Knowledge of the rest of power platform (Invoice Capture, Power apps, Power BI)
