Implementation Consultant (Financial & Accounting)

About project:  

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for our Polish client, a company specializing in delivering comprehensive IT solutions across various business sectors. Their systems are used by both Polish and international organizations.

This is a direct placement project - not outsourcing!

Responsibilities: 

• As an Implementation Consultant, you will be participating in ERP system implementations in Poland and abroad, supporting clients throughout different stages of deployment and ensuring smooth system adoption;

• You will be developing client-specific applications, tailoring solutions to meet individual business requirements and operational processes;

• You will be modifying and configuring the system using Low Code / No Code technologies, enabling efficient customization without extensive traditional development;

• You will be creating reports and BI solutions, delivering meaningful insights and supporting data-driven decision-making for clients;

• You will be participating in software localization and development initiatives, contributing to system enhancements and adaptation to local regulatory or business requirements.

  
  

Requirements: 

• Experience in controlling or implementation departments, enabling you to understand business processes and financial structures during ERP deployment;

• Experience in finance, ensuring familiarity with financial operations and business logic implemented in ERP systems;

• Knowledge of IT systems / ERP systems, allowing you to work confidently within structured enterprise environments;

• English proficiency, spoken and written, enabling participation in international projects and communication with foreign stakeholders;

• Educational background in IT, economics, or a related field, supporting both technical understanding and business process knowledge.

  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of relational databases, supporting reporting, data analysis, and system configuration tasks;

• Experience in financial and accounting processes, enabling deeper understanding of ERP modules and client requirements.
