As a Data Scientist:
- You will have the opportunity to apply scientific methods to real-world business cases and provide recommendations and insights on root causes and key value drivers.
- You will be responsible for analyzing business performance and customer behavior and visualizing your conclusions.
- Your first tasks may include creating a customer segmentation, conducting user conversion and retention analysis, or recommending pricing adjustments backed with a forecasting model taking into account price elasticity of demand.

You are the perfect fit, if :
- You can tell the difference between correlation and causation as well as what are random and pseudo random numbers.
- You have an excellent understanding of advanced statistical methods, probability, hypothesis testing and machine learning models.
- You start your all of your analysis with an exhaustive EDA and deep understanding business context of your data.
- You can efficiently analyze large volumes of structured and semi-structured data.
- You can process and automate data operations using Python.
- You can create your own data ingestion and transformation pipelines when needed (no worries, we have Data Engineers looking after this one).
- You correctly understand business processes and the dependencies between data as well as the implications of various data models and data distributions.
- You have experience in explain complex analyzes, advanced statistical concepts and ML models predictions in plain language to business stakeholders.
- You are relentless in making sure the conclusions drawn from the data by business stakeholders are valid.
- You are still developing, you follow the latest trends and publications in the field of your specialization on an ongoing basis.
- You speak English freely.
- Experience in SaaS/E-Commerce is welcome,
