We are currently working with a fast-growing SaaS startup based in Warsaw

Our client develops a platform that helps ecommerce brands build and manage subscription-based customer experiences and recurring revenue streams.

Backed by €4M in funding and already supporting hundreds of brands across Europe and North America, the company is growing rapidly and expanding its commercial team.

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, understanding business needs, and building a strong sales pipeline.

You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams, helping drive growth and improve how opportunities are identified and converted.

Your responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and assess commercial fit

• Conduct discovery calls with ecommerce decision-makers

• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline

• Support outbound prospecting and account research

• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to improve lead quality

• Help optimize the sales qualification process

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role

• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, payments, or related industries

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset and ability to quickly understand customer needs

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
