The Mission


We are looking for a Growth Manager who acts as a strategic partner to our clients. You won't just be "selling services"; you will be identifying organisational inertia and offering the antidote through our five pillars: Data & AI, Tech Advisory, Custom Development, Cloud, and Security.

 

You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle - from uncovering opportunities in large enterprises and high-growth startups to closing complex, value-driven deals.


What You Will Do

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage C-level executives

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive research to understand a prospect's pain points and align our "Business Builder" solutions to their specific goals.

  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal development and closing.

  • Solution Architecting (Collaborative): Work alongside our technical experts to craft bespoke proposals that prove our value early and often.

  • Market Ambassadorship: Represent The Dots Connected at industry events and within professional networks to build long-term, high-trust relationships.

  • Enterprise Experience: A proven track record of selling complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders at the mid-market and enterprise levels.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

  • Independence & Drive: You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are given the autonomy to hit your targets.

  • Methodology Mindset: Familiarity with modern sales frameworks is a significant plus.

We work remotely or from the office - it's up to you. Some business travel might be necessary.
