The Role: Architect of the Funnel
We are looking for a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to own the mechanics of our growth. You won't just be "running ads"; you will be the architect of a sophisticated "Lead Machine." Your mission is to use data, automation, and strategic content to connect our deep technical expertise with the decision-makers who need it most.
Your Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Paid Acquisition: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid strategies (Search & Social) to capture high-intent traffic and build brand equity within our ICP.
Scalable Outreach Automation: Build and manage "always-on" outbound sequences. You will own the logic of how we reach out to stakeholders at target enterprises, ensuring our messaging is personalised and high-value.
Infrastructure & Stack Optimisation: Audit our existing marketing technology and propose the most effective tools for automation and tracking. You have the autonomy to choose the "best-of-breed" tools to build your engine.
Lead Scoring & Revenue Alignment: Implement and refine lead scoring models to ensure our sales team is focused on high-probability leads.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Track every stage of the funnel. You will own the dashboards that visualize customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, providing us with actionable insights.
What You Bring to the Table
B2B Tech DNA: 3+ years of experience in lead generation specifically for IT services, SaaS, or software houses. You understand the nuances of long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
The Agnostic Toolbelt: You are a master of categories, not just specific brands. You should be an expert in:
Paid Media: Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
Sales Engagement: Experience with automated prospecting tools
Data & Analytics: Experience with GA4 and visualization tools
CRM Logic: High proficiency in managing workflows
Growth Mindset: You are obsessed with A/B testing and marginal gains. You don't see "traffic"; you see patterns and conversion opportunities.
Proactive Initiative: You identify gaps in the funnel before they become leaks and suggest tech-driven solutions to plug them.
