Product Manager - Tesco Analytical Platform
About the role
Our product delivers high-quality transport data, reports, insights, and AI/ML-driven analytics within the Tesco Analytical Platform, enabling advanced optimization across the entire delivery chain from supplier to customer.
In this role you will be accountable for evolving and driving the product vision & strategy for the product, partnering with business stakeholders to set the future direction as part of the wider business strategy. You will write user stories, create backlogs, and set priorities. Acting as an ambassador for the customer and informed by data, you will drive discovery and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver.

UoP: 18 000 - 24 000 PLN gross/month
B2B: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN net/month

This role requires you to be based in or near Kraków, as you will spend 60% (3 days) of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely.

You will be responsible for:
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with wider business priorities.

You will need
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience managing products in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to articulate complex product strategies in terms of customer and business value.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to influence engineering decisions.
• Familiarity with self-service systems or enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, MSP).
• Experience leveraging data for decision-making and running experiments.
• Understanding of SDLC models and large-scale technology systems.
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with respect, trust, and empathy for stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex messages and communicate concisely.
• Strategic and tactical thinking for problem-solving.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer empathy.
• Knowledge of data analytics and insights for product decisions.
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Nice to have:
• Engineering or technical education background.
• Expertise in functional analysis or large linked domains.
• Experience with Big Data products and enterprise-scale systems.
• Exposure to machine learning and AI concepts in product development.
• Understanding of retail technology and enterprise design principles.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors.
• Familiarity with finance and procurement processes in product management.
