Job Description

This job requires to be based in/close to Kraków. We currently work in a hybrid model and meet in our office 3 days a week.


Product managers at TESCO Technology are passionate about solving problems. They take accountability for complex products, and are empowered to drive the product strategy, roadmap and outcomes. Driven by curiosity and innovation, coupled with strong partnership with Business, Engineering, User Research and Data Science teams, our product managers create value for our Customers and Colleagues in all our markets.

Store Fulfilment is the backbone of the business and at the forefront of serving our Customers. Our fulfilment network ensures our Customers get their shopping, when, where and how they want it. Our fulfilment operations are on a progressive journey to embrace automation and modernise our applications, with technology at the heart of our industry leading plans.


We are looking for a Product Manager to be part of this journey, sharing our ambition to deliver for our Customers; with a proven track record, ideally in fulfilment, across Wearable devices, Front applications (e.g. Colleague & Management Applications) and the Backend which drives them (e.g. API, business logic & algorithms).

The ideal candidate will be results-driven and lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our Android application for warehouse operations, designed specifically for wearable devices (e.g., handhelds, wrist-mounted scanners, web ). This role is critical in enhancing the productivity, safety, and efficiency of frontline warehouse colleagues.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless and scalable product experience that supports real-time inventory movement, task management, and operational accuracy within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Key responsibilities


  1. Define and own the product roadmap for our Android-based wearable applications used across warehouse floors.
  2. Gather and translate operational requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Partner closely with Android engineers to build performant, user-friendly applications optimized for wearable devices.
  4. Conduct on-site user research and usability testing with warehouse staff to identify pain points and validate solutions.
  5. Analyze data from system logs, crash reports, and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
  6. Lead the workshops, user interview sessions
  7. Balance user needs with business goals to deliver intuitive, resilient, and scalable features.
  8. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure adherence to design principles and accessibility standards in constrained environments (e.g., low lighting, gloves).
  9. Work cross-functionally with logistics, IT, and hardware teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration.
  10. Define and track product success metrics (e.g., pick time reduction, error rate, NPS from users).
  11. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through rollout and support.
  12. Work closely with the development and UX team located in distributed locations
  13. Make on-site visits (CE, UK) to supervise the product implementation and operations


Qualifications

You will need:

Must have

  1. 3-5+ years of product management experience in a B2B and/or Fulfilment environment
  2. Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing mobile apps, particularly on Android
  3. Solid understanding of Android platform capabilities, constraints, and effective collaboration with engineers and UX experts
  4. Proficient in product roadmap management and execution
  5. Proficient in mobile app analytics, A/B testing
  6. Experience applying user research, usability testing, and UX principles to guide product decisions
  7. Skilled in defining clear user stories, requirements, and success criteria for product development
  8. Experience building both Front End (e.g., Colleague & Management Apps) and Back End (e.g., APIs, algorithms) products
  9. Proven ability to identify and solve business problems through a hypothesis-driven approach and outcome-focused mindset
  10. Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to define and refine user needs
  11. Experience developing workflow management tools to improve operational efficiency at scale
  12. Worked collaboratively with data scientists to build integrated, value-generating data products
  13. Ability to work independently and manage the full product lifecycle

  2. A methodical/ analytical approach and great problem-solving skills.
  3. Empathy and good listening skills to understand the needs/ pain points of your customers/ stakeholders.
