Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst based in Poland to join our client's team. This role is a critical part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team consisting of AI Architects and AI Engineers across the US and India. Instead of building core AI models from scratch, this position focuses heavily on the data enablement side—identifying, analyzing, and preparing data structures so they can be seamlessly ingested by cloud-based AI tools and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Data Identification & Analysis: Analyze complex data landscapes to identify, map, and catalog relevant data elements for the visibility program.

• AI Tool Enablement: Focus on data preparation and data structuring required to feed and optimize AI tools and machine learning models.

• Cross-Cloud Data Assessment: Work with data across environments (such as Azure or on-premise) to understand its architecture, and help facilitate its alignment and enablement for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cloud architects (reporting progress structurally to project leadership) and US/India-based AI engineers to define data requirements for client visibility platforms.

Job requirements:

• 8-11 years of professional experience 

• Core Technical Skill Set: Strong hands-on proficiency in R programming and foundational Machine Learning (ML) data practices.

• Data Manipulation: Proven experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data preparation specifically tailored for analytical or AI workflows.

• Sourcing Context: This role requires a specialized background in statistical data environments, distinguishing it from traditional backend engineering or infrastructure DevOps roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud Infrastructure Awareness: Familiarity with cloud platforms—specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and tools like Vertex AI—is highly advantageous.

• Agentic Workflows: Basic understanding or exposure to how data feeds into AI agents, conversational models, or data visibility systems.

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland!
