Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect to collaborate with C-level executives at our clients in the IT sector. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated enterprise solutions. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring that our clients leverage the full potential of their systems to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
This role reports to the delivery Project Managers on projects and has a line report to the Head of Delivery for Europe or the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory:
- Partner with C-level executives to define business objectives and align technology strategies with organizational goals.
- Architectural Leadership:
- Oversee the development of comprehensive architecture for enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration within the client’s IT landscape.
- Change Management:
- Lead transformation initiatives by managing stakeholder engagement, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions during system upgrades and implementations.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Innovation Leadership:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT sector, advocating for innovative solutions that deliver competitive advantage for our clients.
- Resource Allocation and Capability Mapping:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the skills and expertise of all consultants and technical staff to ensure effective project assignments.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Multi-Project Management:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. You should have:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in architecting enterprise solutions, particularly with out-of-the-box solutions like ETL platforms, ERP, CRM, and MDM structures.
- A strong understanding of the technology landscape and its application in the IT sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with C-level leadership.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, able to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
