The Controls and Automation group is going through a Lean and Agile transformation. We are looking for a coach to help teams make a transition. We have teams that are pure software, hardware interfacing and project delivery based. The Agile Coach’s is responsible for working together with teams to understand and adopt the Lean/Agile concepts and standards we are implementing.

• Understand current Standards and Roadmap to future state
• Produce documentation to ensure the Standards are well understood
• Communicate Agile/Lean standards to teams
• Work with the teams to learn and understand the standards and methodologies
• Help teams overcome challenges specific to their use case
• Evaluate and communicate current state of transformation
• Work with other Standardization groups such as DevOps, Quality and Compliance to ensure Standards work with each other
• Other related tasks as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
• Certification in Agile or Lean methodologies, especially Scrum
• 10+ years of applying Agile in a professional environment
• 5+ years of hands-on agile coaching and/or implementation
• Agile tool administration and configuration experience with Jira
• Strong problem solving, particularly in navigating team challenges in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile
• Ability to identify and remove waste in the SDLC
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, to meet deadlines, and to complete time-sensitive projects as assigned
• Proficient in English
Additional Skills
• Lean and Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD) experience
• Familiar with online collaboration tools such as Confluence and Miro
