Project Manager - DORA

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Manages the identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related projects with high risk, high investment, and high complexity within a program of business change, supporting the IT strategy and objectives.

Needs to support DORA Solutions Panel meetings with technical experts for the development of High-level designs, assist Legal Entities in implementing policies & procedures, close identified gaps on a weekly basis, and support Stakeholder Management for the ITSO/ISO sign-off process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Aligning the program objectives with the IT Strategy and company objectives and consulting on the selection and planning of all related projects & activities.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting on activities related to the program, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication.
• Taking responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects (with significant business, political, or high-profile impact and high-risk dependencies) as well as being responsible for budget control.
• Selecting and advising on methods and tools, e.g., iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes are maintained.
• Supporting 3rd party suppliers when required.
• Typically operating across two delivery channels.
• Consulting on the identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related projects with high risk, high investment, and high complexity within a program of business change and their dependencies in support of the IT strategy and its objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Min. 3 years of proven experience in implementing regulatory frameworks in IT space.
• Thorough experience and knowledge of at least one IT domain in the scope of DORA regulation (IT Security/UAM/Network preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
