VIM Consultant

For one of our international clients, we are looking for SAP VIM Lead to run a complex project. 

Your role

• Analyze country-specific e-invoicing requirements and create functional specifications (FSPEC).
• Configure SAP VIM, including OSS notes, OpenText components, BC Set activation, and XML field mapping.
• Set up integrations (e.g., DRC) and test invoice registration processes via manual uploads, batch jobs, and ZIP file handling.
• Conduct XML-to-PDF conversion, integration testing, and manage invoice rejection feedback.
• Support testing phases (FUT, SPS) and execute cutover activities for production readiness.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP VIM and integration with government e-invoicing portals.
• Experience with XML mapping, batch processing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with functional, regression testing, and deployment.
