Solution/DevOps Engineer - Analytics and Cloud Platforms
As a Solution/DevOps Engineer, you will design, integrate, and maintain advanced analytics solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS). You will work with a wide range of analytics tools and technologies, with a strong focus on automation, scripting, and CI/CD practices. Your role includes building, fine-tuning, and managing the infrastructure and analytical components for a GenAI-powered chatbot, ensuring seamless operation and real-time monitoring on GCP.
Your role
- Architect and implement analytics-based solutions, leveraging cloud platforms and integrating various analytics technologies.
- Oversee the full life cycle of solutions, from initial concept and development to deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.
- Support automation and CI/CD pipelines for the data analytics platform using tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability by maintaining infrastructure with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges quickly to ensure smooth platform operations.

Requirements
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solution Design: Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based analytics solutions, with a strong ability to connect different technologies and approaches.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), including coding and automation within cloud environments.
- Advanced Analytics & NLP: Familiarity with advanced analytics, data science, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Automation Tools: Proven experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform (preferred) and familiarity with tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- CI/CD Expertise: Deep understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, including versioning, testing, and documentation.
- Software Engineering: Solid foundation in software engineering best practices such as code reviews, version control, and thorough documentation.
Nice to have:
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Go, Java, and experience with statistically typed languages like Scala.
- Broad Cloud Experience: Experience with cross-cloud solutions, optimizing analytics deployments across GCP, Azure, and AWS environments.
