- Design and implement system reliability strategies, including chaos engineering and performance testing.
- Define and enforce best practices for reliability across the engineering organization.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimize and maintain cloud-based environments.
- Collaborate with development teams, ensuring stability and efficiency from design to deployment.
- Take part in architectural planning and long-term infrastructure scaling strategies.
