Reliability Engineer

Your role

• Design and implement system reliability strategies, including chaos engineering and performance testing.
• Define and enforce best practices for reliability across the engineering organization.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimize and maintain cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with development teams, ensuring stability and efficiency from design to deployment.
• Take part in architectural planning and long-term infrastructure scaling strategies.

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing, analyzing, and optimizing distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of the full software release lifecycle (CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and large-scale web applications.
• Familiarity with chaos engineering and performance testing is a plus.
• Ability to plan system architecture and see the bigger picture.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure is an advantage.
