Your role

  • Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing daily operations, project planning, and team development.
  • Ensure reliable operation of all IT systems including networks, servers, end-user devices, ERP systems, and security infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards that align with business goals.
  • Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as system upgrades, cybersecurity, data protection, and digital transformation.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for greater efficiency and security.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, escalations, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT management or senior IT roles within a mid-sized or industrial company.
  • Strong technical background in systems administration, networking, and security.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Comarch XL experience is a strong advantage).
  • Familiarity with IT project management and change management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fluency in Polish is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
