As a Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will play a key role in aligning cybersecurity initiatives with client business objectives. You will lead client engagements, contribute to business development, manage key accounts, and guide teams in delivering customized cybersecurity solutions.
You will also be responsible for developing team capabilities through mentoring, talent strategy, and ensuring high performance across projects.
Your role
Define and drive account or practice strategy and market positioning
Lead client engagements and manage ongoing relationships
Oversee successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and services
Support business development through RFPs and strategic sales activities
Mentor and develop team members; define hiring and upskilling strategies
Ensure alignment of cybersecurity services with client goals
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulations

Requirements
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including client-facing roles
5+ years in leadership or people management positions
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks (e.g. DORA, NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust)
Proven experience in managing teams and developing talent
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to link technology and business needs
Experienced in client advisory and navigating complex security challenges
Comfortable with presentations, negotiations, and senior stakeholder interactions
Demonstrated ability to manage risk and drive value for clients
Experience in proposal development and go-to-market planning
Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred qualifications:
Additional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, TOGAF, Zero Trust)
Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives
Knowledge of German or French is an advantage
Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise environments
