We’re seeking a BMC Discovery SME! Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to design, deploy, and maintain Discovery systems, especially for Air-Gapped networks. Ensure security accreditation, provide support throughout all project phases, and create documentation for seamless operations. 🚀

🎯 Your Role

Implementation & Architecture

• 🛠 Implement Discovery systems based on technical requirements.
• 🖥 Develop Discovery architecture for Air-Gapped networks.
• 🔒 Ensure security accreditation for Discovery systems.

Technical Coherence & Documentation

• 📄 Support technical coherence across project streams.
• 📝 Prepare Build, Configuration, Testing, and Training documentation.

Testing & Transition Support

• ✅ Support testing (Factory/User Acceptance).
• 🔄 Assist with system handover to Operations Team.

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Degree in Computer Engineering or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 🏆 3+ years’ experience in large-scale BMC Discovery deployments (v22.x+).
• 🤝 Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM CMDB (v20.02+).
• 📜 ITIL 2011+ Foundation certificate (beneficial).
• 💻 Expertise with BMC TrueSight Ops Management (v10.x+ is a plus).
