Your Key Responsibilities:

• Daily collaboration with German-speaking teams to address key accounting and reporting needs
• Support in managing finance-related projects, ensuring accuracy and high standards in audit and compliance tasks
• Contribution to accounting processes and report preparation for various markets

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Financial Acumen & German Proficiency: A strong understanding of finance combined with fluency in German (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in data management and reporting
• Adaptability & Cultural Intelligence: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and embrace diverse perspectives

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Solid analytical and numerical skills with the ability to present findings clearly
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing financial tools and practices
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit

Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Education in accounting or finance
