We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the internal Data & Analytics team for a 12-month maternity cover, with a chance - but not a guarantee - of long-term collaboration. You will be working on the development of robust data models and processes that directly support business teams, BI developers, and other internal stakeholders. You’ll be the bridge between raw data and actionable business insights.
- Building and maintaining data models using SQL and Python (Databricks)
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across the business
- Collaborating with various teams to design solutions tailored to their needs
- Supporting Tableau dashboards and improving their performance
- Documenting your work and mentoring more junior team members
- Participating in cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
- Full-time 12-month contract (maternity cover), with potential, but no guarantee for extension
- Full remote work from Poland or hybrid in Warsaw

- 5+ years of experience in data modeling and transformation
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data workflows
- Experience with tools like Databricks and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with Tableau and dashboard optimization
- Great communication skills and business mindset
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
