We’re looking for a Python Developer to help us build modern backend applications from scratch and add new features to existing platforms. You’ll work on meaningful projects for both internal and external clients — no legacy clutter, minimal maintenance, and full ownership over your work.

We use modern tech, AWS cloud, and write well-tested, production-grade code. If you’re passionate about clean architecture, collaborative teams, and building scalable systems — this one's for you.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Design and build new backend services for internal and client-facing platforms
• Add features and enhancements to existing applications
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and coverage
• Deploy, monitor, and scale apps using AWS cloud services
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Design teams to deliver full solutions
• Take part in system architecture and technical design decisions
• Follow clean coding principles and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
• Stay on top of tech trends and contribute ideas for improvement
• Work in Agile: stand-ups, planning, reviews

✅ Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python 3
• Experience with web frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Ability to build complete backend systems (logic, APIs, DB)
• Clean, scalable, and performance-oriented coding skills
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Pytest or Unittest
• Solid understanding of software engineering workflows and tools
• Experience in international, multicultural teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Logical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into working code
• Practical knowledge of AWS and cloud-native development
