💎 Senior ETL Tester 💎

💎 Position: ETL Senior Tester

🚀 Start: Mid-March

🧑‍💻 Contract: Long-term freelance contract

🌍 Location: Remote from Poland

Responsibilities:

📊 Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans to validate data accuracy and transformations

🔍 Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing across Snowflake and/or Matillion environments

🐞 Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies

🤝 Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines

⚙ Utilize SQL and automation tools to optimize and streamline the testing process

🔐 Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards

Requirements – Must Have:

✔ Insurance industry experience

✔ 3+ years of experience in ETL testing with a focus on data warehousing

✔ Proficiency in SQL – ability to write complex queries and validate data

✔ Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements

✔ Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork

Nice to Have:

🔹 Expertise in Snowflake

🔹 Experience with automation testing for ETL processes

🔹 Familiarity with version control systems like Git
