Scope of responsibilities:
- Reviewing requirements and user stories to provide feedback.
- Designing, developing, and executing automated tests and frameworks (Cypress, Rest Assured, etc.).
- Integrating tests with CI/CD (Jenkins) and driving continuous testing.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking issues.
- Collaborating with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure quality.
- Participating in exploratory testing and test design sessions.
- Taking a holistic approach to testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Critically assessing what to automate, balancing risk, cost, and value.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
- 7+ years of experience in Test Automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScvript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in automation tools (Cypress, Rest Assured, etc.).
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar) and processes.
- Experience in building Test Automation Frameworks and in continuous delivery/continuous testing environment.
- Experienced in building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Able to combine automation skills with manual part of testing (Exploratory).
- Very good spoken and written English (at least B2).
- Very good spoken and written Polish (at least B2).
