This project aims to connect brands with TV audiences by building a cutting-edge advertising platform using machine learning algorithms to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization. The goal is to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates.
Your role
Manage a team of engineers working on innovative ML/AI and performance advertising technologies, while also rolling out improvements to existing functionalities
Collaborate closely with local, U.S.-based, and global product and engineering teams to develop industry-leading solutions
Oversee project execution by planning quarterly deliverables, ensuring timely outcomes, and clearly communicating risks, blockers, and final results
Contribute to shaping the vision, strategic direction, and product roadmaps for ML initiatives within the Ads Solutions domain
Apply cutting-edge software engineering and machine learning practices to enhance development workflows and solution effectiveness
Keep up with evolving trends and innovations within the advertising ecosystem
Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and ongoing enhancement across the ML Ads team and the wider global organization, drawing on proven practices and shared learnings

Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or a closely related field such as Data Science, Big Data, Mathematics, or Physics
At least 5 years of practical experience in machine learning projects, including a minimum of 2 years leading teams or managing projects
Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience using data science libraries like pandas and scikit-learn
Strong expertise in data analysis, statistics, machine learning, data mining, or large-scale data processing
Familiar with leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and PySpark
Solid understanding of data structures, CI/CD workflows, core software engineering practices, and writing well-tested code
Skilled at distilling insights and communicating findings effectively to business and product stakeholders
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Confident working with data; solid SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases, ideally Snowflake
Background in developing consumer-facing AdTech solutions
Practical experience applying ML/AI in product-oriented environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical products from concept to completion
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative product development
