Currently, we are looking for: SAP FSM Consultant.

Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Project design, estimation and implementation within SAP FSM for international clients
• Represent the project team to customers and coordinate development
• Lead requirement gathering workshops to define project scope and objectives
• Design solutions, configure SAP FSM, and demo field service scenarios to stakeholders
• Contributing to non-project activities, including mentoring programs, the SAP Community, and supporting junior colleagues

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management implementation
• Deep understanding of service management processes such as service order management, service contract management and warranty management
• Experience in setting up administration features of SAP FSM, company settings, business rules, advanced permissions, screen configuration & service workflow
• Experience in offering

• Customer Self-Service
• Translations
• Analytics & Reporting
