Project Description

We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead the Agile Release Train (ART) dedicated to Demand Gen transformation workstreams — including product onboarding, personalization (color journey), content rollout, and data integration efforts.

Role Summary

As the RTE, you will act as the chief orchestrator of delivery, coaching cross-functional teams through PI Planning, aligning stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and ensuring business outcomes are met. You'll manage delivery across multiple agile teams responsible for building seamless customer journeys, improving platform performance, and modernizing MarTech integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Release Train for Demand Gen workstreams, coordinating across product, UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing technology teams.
• Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery alignment across internal and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize backlogs and synchronize team outputs with business objectives.
• Champion Agile best practices, delivery cadence, and team health using metrics and continuous improvement tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles; 3+ years as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead in a SAFe environment.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital platforms, MarTech, or CRM-integrated solutions.
• Experience running migrations or replatforming initiatives across multiple systems (CMS, CRM, Analytics, UX, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and leadership skills with geographically distributed teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) – SAFe RTE certification strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile Boards; familiarity with user journey design and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, product, and technical domains.
