We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in creating digital products. We are seeking someone who can actively contribute to building applications from the initial concept, through implementation, and into ongoing maintenance and growth. You’ll be able to join projects at any stage, bringing your expertise to elevate the product to the next level.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from small no-code landing pages to large-scale SaaS platforms. Versatility and the ability to adapt to the current state of a project are essential.
- Design digital products of various scales, from MVPs to complex systems
- Lead and participate in workshops with clients: scoping, discovery, object mapping
- Create and maintain design systems
- Prepare product and design documentation
- Conduct UX/UI audits
- Independently estimate, plan, and manage projects as a sole designer
- Develop case studies and document your work
- Cooperate with a Head of Product Design
- Actively contribute to the growth of the TeaCode design team through various initiatives
- Min. 7 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Exceptional visual design skills, demonstrated by a strong portfolio
- Strong expertise in UX and Product Design, supported by knowledge of key publications, lectures, and courses
- Excellent English skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders and communicate your vision clearly (C1)
- Excellent Polish (C1 level), with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively across teams
- Strong communication skills with both team members and stakeholders
- Founding Designer mindset – ownership and responsibility for product success
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate and improve design quality
- Ability to define and work with product KPIs and OKRs throughout the product lifecycle
- Outstanding systems thinking
- Deep and continuously expanding technological knowledge
- Ability to make quick, strategic time/effort decisions for the benefit of product development
- Figma, FigJam, Slides
- Framer or Webflow – at least one real project completed
- High-fidelity prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Origami, Play, etc.)
- Micro-interaction/animation tools (Jitter, Rive)
- Coding skills or a vibe coding approach to prototyping
- Familiarity with OOUX and ORCA processes
- Active participation in the design community (both online and offline)
- Expertise in the sports or travel industry
