Senior Fullstack Developer

At TeaCode, we build digital products that actually make sense – for real users, real businesses, and long-term growth.We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who wants more than just “another project” — someone who enjoys building products, taking ownership, and working closely with people.

You’ll join one of our product teams and play an important role not only in development, but also in shaping technical decisions and supporting less experienced team members.

Tech stack you’ll work with

Depending on the project, you’ll work mainly with:

• Nest.js

• Next.js

• TypeScript

• React

• Node.js

• PostgreSQL

• Supabase 

• React Native 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior — not just by years, but by mindset.

You are someone who:

• has 8+ years of commercial experience in software development

• has at least 2 years of experience leading projects or development teams

• has commercial experience with Next.js and Nest.js

• feels confident with TypeScript, React, and Node.js

• communicates well in English (min. B2+)

• speaks Polish fluently (C1 or native – must-have)

• understands the full software development lifecycle

• using AI tools to support efficiency on daily basis

• can take responsibility, make technical decisions, and explain why - taking under consideration business aspects of product development

• enjoys mentoring, supporting, and guiding junior developers

• likes working with people, not just with code 🙂

Nice to have (but not required):

• experience with Supabase

• experience with React Native

Recruitment process

1. HR Interview (30 min) A conversation with our Head of HR to understand your experience, motivation, and expectations.

2. Short Analytical Test The goal is to assess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with patterns and language — not advanced technical knowledge.

3. Technical Interview (60 min) A meeting with one of our Tech Leads where you’ll talk about:

   • solving technical problems

   • architecture and code quality

   • decision-making as a senior

   • how you use AI tools in your daily work

4. Final Interview (30 min) A conversation with our Head of Delivery focused on:

   • Business understanding of the product

   • culture fit

   • leadership mindset

   • teamwork and ownership

   • your willingness to grow and support others

5. Decision Usually within one week after the final interview.
