Regular Fullstack Developer (B2B | 100% remote)

At TeaCode, we build digital products that actually make sense – for real users, real businesses, and long-term growth.We’re looking for a Regular Fullstack Developer who wants to grow through real product work, collaborate with experienced developers, and gradually take more ownership over what they build.

You’ll join one of our product teams and work closely with seniors, tech leads, designers, and clients to deliver solid, well-thought-out solutions.

Tech stack you’ll work with

Depending on the project, you’ll work mainly with:

• Nest.js

• Next.js

• TypeScript

• React

• Node.js

• PostgreSQL

• Supabase 

• React Native

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who already feels confident as a developer, but still wants to learn and grow.

You are someone who:

• has 2+ years of commercial experience in software development

• has hands-on experience with Next.js and Nest.js

• works comfortably with TypeScript, React, and Node.js

• understands how a product is built end to end (not just “your part”)

• can solve technical problems independently and knows when to ask for help

• is able to deliver smaller projects as a single developer

• communicates clearly and openly with the team

• speaks English at min. B2+ level

• speaks Polish fluently (C1 or native – must-have)

Nice to have (but not required):

• experience with Supabase

Recruitment process

1. HR Interview (30 min)

   • A conversation with our Head of HR to understand your experience, motivation, and expectations.

2. Short Analytical Test

   • The goal is to assess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with patterns and language — not advanced technical knowledge.

3. Technical Interview (60 min)

   • A meeting with one of our Tech Leads where you’ll talk about:

     • solving technical problems

     • code quality and best practices

     • how you approach tasks and challenges

     • how you use AI tools in your daily work

4. Final Interview (30 min)

   • A conversation with our Head of Delivery focused on:

     • culture fit

     • teamwork and communication

     • your willingness to learn and grow

5. Decision

   • Usually within one week after the final interview.
